Submission instructions for Camera Ready version of accepted articles
The deadline for camera-ready submissions is March 23, 2010.
The camera-ready paper should not exceed 12 pages formatted according to the guidelines given at Information for
LNCS Authors.
The camera-ready submission includes the following:
(a) The completed copyright form. Use "WWIC 2010" as the title of the book and "Kassler, Osipov, Bohnert, Masip" as the editors.
(b) All source (input) files of your paper as well as a final PDF file (used for reference). Please name your file as ZZZ.YYY, where ZZZ stands for paper's first author surname and YYY stands for zip, tar or other archive extension.
The final camera-ready submission must be sent by email to:
wwic10-submission@ac.upc.edu
The volume editors will check the contributions, decide in which order they shall appear in the printed volume and will send the complete material on to Springer.
Once the source files have been worked on, then Springer will send the final pdf files to contact authors, asking you to check your papers.
This will happen on mid April, hence we encourage contact authors of accepted papers to verify that emails with attachments are not directly filtered out.
Please be aware that at least one full registration before March 26, 2010 per accepted paper is mandatory to include the paper in the proceedings of the conference, even if the presenting author is a student.
